Ingredients

    * Chicken Thigh, 7 thigh, bone and skin removed
    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 breast, bone and skin removed
    * Egg, fresh, 1 large
    * Salt, 1 1/4 tsp
    * Pepper, black, 1/8 tsp
    * Paprika, 1/2 tsp
    * Braggs Liquid Aminos, 2 tbsp
    * Lemon Juice, 1 fl oz
    * Saffola Soft Margarine - 2 tbsp,
    * Honey, 1/4 cup

Directions

Serving Size 13 at least if each person gets one thigh or 1/2 a chicken breast. Chicken is boneless and skinless ~ 7 thigh pieces and 3 breast pieces. Cut breasts in 1/2 or 1/3 pieces depending on their size. In a round pie dish melt margarine, honey, lemon juice and Braggs in microwave. Nuke 10 to 20 seconds at a time till margarine is melted. Stir in salt, pepper, and paprika to cool down the liquids. When cool to touch, stir in the egg. Beat till egg is all mixed in. Dip each piece of chicken in the liquid mix then place in a lightly greased baking pan. (I use a jelly roll type pan that has deep sides) Pour remaining liquid over all the pieces and scrape pie dish so all good stuff gets on chicken. Bake at 325 to 350 degrees for 1 hour. Baste every 15 to 20 minutes. When you baste the first time you will see that the egg has set slightly. Scrape this up and put some of it on each piece of chicken. This will give your chicken a nice brown crispy look. Do this each time you baste the chicken.
