Ingredients

    1 Tilapia filet, 4 oz
    1 cup Zucchini, cubed
    1 tsp Margarine, hard,
    1/8 cup fresh squeezed orange juice.
    Salt and pepper to taste.

Directions

Rinse fillet pat dry with paper towel and place in center of aluminium foil,sprinkle with salt and pepper, place 1 pat of butter or margarine in center, form "boat" with foil and add zucchini and orange juice, fold over foil and seal well, place in oven at 150 degrees celsius (300 F).Bake for20 to 30 min or until flakes.
