Ingredients

1 pound chicken breast, skinless
1 t canola oil
1 cup sliced onions
6 cloves garlic
10 T balsamic
6 T honey
1 T rosemary
salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Sautee the onions and garlic in the oil for a few minutes.
In the mean time, sprinkle salt, pepper, and rosemary on both sides of the chicken breasts. Add the chicken to the pan, let it sear on one side for 4 minutes, then flip and let it sear on the other side for another 4 minutes.
Reduce the heat to medium and add the balsamic vinegar, cook the chicken for two or three more minutes on each side, coating the chicken in the balsamic.
Then add the honey, stir to combine, and cook the chicken for a few more minutes, until it's cooked through.
Serves 4.
Serve with a side of sweet potatoes, tomato and basil salad, or baked broccoli.
