    2 Tbsp chopped shallot
    4 Tbsp basalmic vinegar
    2 tsp dijon mustard
    1 tsp agave nectar
    3/4 tsp salt
    ground black pepper to taste

Directions

soak cashews 1 hour.
blend with shallots until chopped blend with the rest of the ingredients until smooth
