Introduction

Just what I had on hand tonight when we were looking for a snack. This is delicious! Just what I had on hand tonight when we were looking for a snack. This is delicious!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 apples
    2 tangerines or small oranges
    1 fennel bulb
    1 T. olive oil
    1 T. cider vinegar
    1 T. lemon juice

Directions

1. Cut fruits and fennel into small pieces, bite size or smaller, and mix together.
2. Mix oil, vinegar and lemon juice in a small bowl and pour over fuit mixture.
3. Toss to mix. Chill until ready to serve.
