Ingredients

    2 Tbsp Earth Balance Butter or 2 Tbsp. Extra Light Olive Oil
    1/4 cup onion minced
    3 Garlic Cloves minced
    1/4 cup Scallions/Green Onions chopped
    1/4 cup Shiitake Mushrooms
    1/4 cup Baby Brown Mushrooms
    1 cup White Mushrooms
    2/3 cup Marsala Wine
    1/4 cup Light Cream
    Pinch Black Pepper
    4 oz Ronzini Smart Taste Thin Spaghetti
    Italian Parsley chopped (garnish)

Directions

Melt butter in heated pan
Add garlic, onions and scallions, sautee for 5-6 minutes
Bring 2 cups water to boil and add pasta
Add mushrooms and pepper, sautee for 6 minutes
Add cream
Drain pasta before fully cooked
Toss pasta into pan
Garnish with parsley

Serving Size: Makes 2, 1 cup servings
