Ingredients

    3 TBSP fresh lemon juice
    1/4 cup water

    6 TBSP tahini
    2 TBSP olive oil

    2 cups garbanzos
    1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
    1/4 tsp ground cumin

Directions

Combine lemon juice and water.

Whisk together tahini and olive oil in small measuring cup.

Food process garbanzos, garlic, and cumin 15 seconds. Scrape down.

With machine running, add lemon & water mix in a steady stream through tube. Scrape down.

Process for 1 minute.

With machine running, add tahini-olive oil mix in stream through tube, continuing to process til hummus is smooth and creamy, about 15 seconds, scraping down as needed.

Serving Size: 12 ~ 1/4 cup servings
