Ingredients

    2 sprays of cooking spray
    8 oz. Fat Free Cream cheese, softened to room temperature
    1 - 5.3 oz container Dannon Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt
    2 - 4.25 oz cans whit crab meat, drained
    1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
    3 Tbl. minced onion
    1 tsp. garlic salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 325. Coat 7-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Spoon in to prepared dish and bake until dip is heated through, about 20 to 25 minutes.

Great with fresh, crisp veggies or bagel chips. I enjoy most by spreading on hot english muffins.
