Ingredients

    1 garlic clove, minced

    pinch of red pepper flakes

    1 tsp olive oil

    1-14 oz can Hunt's diced tomatoes

    1 tsp garlic & herb seasoning

    1 cup prepared Great Northern beans (or Cannellini, any white bean)

    2 cups fresh spinach chopped

    Season with black pepper

    1/4 lb Angel Hair pasta

    Parmesan cheese

Directions

In a skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil and add the garlic. Pour in the Hunt's diced tomatoes, garlic & herb seasoning and beans. Simmer over medium low heat while preparing the pasta. Stir in chopped spinach and wilt down.

Prepare pasta to al dente.

Add pasta to skillet and stir to combine flavors.

Serve with a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese.
