    Olive Oil, 1.5 1tsp (remove)
    Curry powder, 1.5 tbsp (remove)
    *Onion powder, .5 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Braggs All Purpose Liquid Soy Seasoning, 1.5 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 1.5 tsp (remove)

Directions

Put black eye peas in pot or microwave safe dish, add olive oil & seasoning to taste and heat

Serving Size: Makes 2 side dishes (can eat with salad or 1/2 serving of okra tomato spinach stew)
