Introduction

Yum, Yum, Yum Yum, Yum, Yum
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1/2 tbsp Honey,
    2 tbsp Peanut Butter, smooth style
    1 Large Banana, fresh
    1 Cup Skim Milk
    3-4 Ice Cubes

Directions

In a blender, mix together all ingredients except ice until smooth. Once smooth, add ice in and blend until ice is crushed (but not completely smooth)

Sprinkle with additional cinnamon and serve.
