Ingredients

    1 cup salsa
    1 10 oz can Rotel with Peppers
    1 6 oz can tomato paste
    1/2 cup onion
    1/2 cup red bell pepper
    1 cup white rice, cooked
    1 pound ground turkey
    1 tsp minced garlic (or 2 cloves)
    1 1/2 cups low fat and low sodium chicken broth (Cottage)
    1 tbl balsamic vinegar
    1 tbl worcestershire sauce
    1 tbl paprika
    1/2 tsp kosher salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1/2 tsp white pepper

Directions

Brown turkey in a large saucepan, add all other ingredients and simmer on low heat for one hour.
