Introduction

Just a little breakfast bread I whipped up....thinking of Baked Oatmeal my aunt use to make. Put a warm slice in a bowl and pour some milk over it. Ingredients

    Rolled oats 1 cup
    Wheat Flour 1 cup
    Applesauce 1/2 cup
    Carrots shreaded 1 cup
    rasins 1/4 cup
    walnuts 1/4 cup
    baking powder 1tsp
    fage yogurt 1 cup
    garden of life raw protein powder 2 scoops
    two whole eggs and 2 egg whites

Directions

mix all ingredients and put in a greased bread pan.

cook at 400 for about 20-25 minutes
