Ingredients

    1 box Knorr Simply Vegetable Broth (900ml)
    1 can Aylmer Diced Tomatoes (796ml)
    525 gms (3 cups diced) cooked chicken breast
    3 cups diced carrots
    1.5 cups diced turnip
    2 cups diced celery
    2 cups diced zucchini
    1 cup (1 leek) chopped leek
    3 cups baby white potatoes (halved)

Directions

Prepare all the vegeatables and dice the chicken.
Place all the ingredients in a large Crock-Pot.
Heat in microwave on High for 30 minutes.
Cook in slow coker for an additional 4 hours.on High.
(Or can be cooked on low for 6-8 hours).
Serve with fresh bread and a side salad (nutrition for these not counted in recipe)
