My favorite Saturday morning breakfast! My favorite Saturday morning breakfast!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups of Hodgson Mill Multi-Grain Pancake Mix
    1 1/2 cups skim milk
    1 egg
    2 tbsp vegetable oil

Directions

Mix all ingredients and let stand for 5 minutes.

Heat griddle on medium heat and cook pancakes until browned on each side. Each pancake should use about 1/4 cup of batter.

Keep warm in foil until ready to eat.

Makes 12-14 pancakes
