Ingredients

    5 med bananas, smashed
    2/3 cup milk
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup applebutter
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1 tsp salt
    4tsp baking powder
    4 cups flour

Directions

Mash bananas, add milk, applebutter and eggs and beat well. Add salt, baking powder, sugar and flour and mix just until moistened. Divide into 24 greased muffin cups* and bake at 400F for about 20 minutes.

*Since there is no oil in the recipe, these do not work well with paper liners - they stick to the liners.
