Ingredients

    4 pds of tri tip, cut in small bites
    2 lg onions, shredded
    2 cans diced tomatoes, with water
    2 can green bean, without water
    8 garlic cloves, minced
    1 pd. of carrots, shredded
    1 medium white cabbage, shredded
    1 pd mushrooms, sliced
    2 red peppers, sliced
    2 packs of vegie broth


Directions

Large pot:
Brown beef first in 1 Tbsp. of olive oil
Add all incredients
Fill in 4 cups of vegie broth
let simmer for 30 minutes
Add 4 cups of vegie broth for thinning

You may add small noodles and cheese to your liking [extra calories]

makes 16 servings= two soup laddles per serving
