This soup is really easy to make and very filling. You can make many variations too. Sometimes I will substitute pinto beans for the hominy. This soup is really easy to make and very filling. You can make many variations too. Sometimes I will substitute pinto beans for the hominy.

Ingredients

    32 oz chicken broth
    2-12.5 oz cans of canned chicken
    1-29 oz can of white hominy
    1-15 oz can of corn
    1-10 oz can of Rotel green chili tomatoes
    1 cup chopped cilantro (optional)

Directions

Combine all ingredients and heat for 10 minutes or until warmed.
