I made this yesterday and my very skeptical husband said, 'delicious' & was impressed with how well they stayed together. I used hulled barley & would prepare ahead of time, next time because it takes 45 min. to cook. I baked the burgers, on 400 F, 10 min each side, delicious! - 10/29/15
