Ingredients

    Brown egg (large), organic, cage-free, 1 serving
    Kirkland-Egg Whites in a Carton, 2 serving
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    Spinach, fresh, 1 cup
    Onions, raw, 1/4 cup, chopped
    Cheddar Cheese, 1/4 cup, shredded
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Kirkland, 3 tsp

Directions

Cook veggies down a little first in some oil then set aside.
Cook eggs til halfway done.
Add veggies and cheese to one half of eggs.
Fold over.
Serve and eat while hot.
