Introduction

I invented this when I lacked several ingredients in a recipe for banarasi aloo. I invented this when I lacked several ingredients in a recipe for banarasi aloo.

Ingredients

    3 Medium Red Potatos, cut in half then half again and thinly sliced so kinda little triangles. leave the skin on <3
    3 tbsp olive oil
    3/4 Cup ff plain yogurt
    large pinch tumeric
    large pinch garam masala powder
    large pinch ground chili
    fennel seeds

Directions

Heat oil and add a sprinkling of fennel seeds. When seeds brown, add potatos and stir fry to doneness.

Remove from heat, add spices and yogurt. Mix well.

I love this and serve it as a main vegetarian course.
