Ingredients

1-1/2 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 cup, 1 inch slices onion
1 cup, 1 inch slices each green, red and yellow onion
2 cups whole fresh mushrooms
1/3 cup water
Bag McCormick Bag 'n Season Chicken Oriental
3 cups fresh Snow Peas
Directions
Preheat oven to 350*. Arrange opened cooking bag in 13x9 baking pan. Place chicken and Seasoning Blend in bag. Gently turn chicken in bag until evenly coated.
Add onion, peppers, mushrooms, snow peas and water. Close bag loosely with nylon te. Cut 4 small holes in top of bag to allow steam to escape.
Bake in lower have of oven 30 minutes. Remove from oven. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut open bag, stir well.
Serve with brown rice.
Makes 6 - 1&1/2 cup servings.
