Ingredients

    3T minced Garlic
    1/4 minced Onion
    3T Olive Oil
    1 lb. Lean Ground Turkey
    1/2 medium head Cabbage
    1 can Tomato Soup
    1/2 cup Water

Directions

Saute 1/4 onion and 3 t garlic in 3 T olive oil
Add 1 lb. lean ground turkey and brown in a covered skillet
Chop 1/2 head of cabbage into large or small pieces and add to skillet
Add 1 can of tomato soup and 1/2 can of water and continue cooking until the cabbage is soft, about 10 minutes
