Ingredients

Homemade Pizza Crust
2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
1pkt Active ready yeast
3/4 Cup Water
4TBSP Light Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt
Pizza
1.5 Cup Tomato Sauce
2 TBSP Basil (dry)
2 TBSP Garlic Powder
1 Large Red Bell Pepper
1 Medium Onion Chopped
1 Cup Chopped Mushrooms
2 Medium Tomato seeded and chopped
5 oz Rough Chopped Spinach
8 oz Grilled Chicken
4 oz Atheno's Reduced Fat Feta
1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 Cup Grated Paramesan Cheese
Directions
Combine first 5 ingredients and let sit to rise, or buy your favorite premade pizza crust. Bake 450 degree F until starting to become golden, about 12 minutes
Add Basil and garlic powder to tomato sauce and simmer down.
Saute mushroom, onion, and bell peppers until softening. Add tomato and spinach and heat until spinach starts to wilt.
Spread tomato sauce over baked crust. Top with sauted veggies and chopped chicken then add cheeses. I put a mix of feta cheeses, then mozzarella and finally paramesan cheese. Bake at 375 until heated and cheese melted. About 10 minutes
