Ingredients

    Coleslaw:
    1/2 Head cabbage, finely shredded
    1 tomato, cut into small pieces.
    1/2 Cup grated carrots
    1/2 medium red or green pepper, cut into small pieces
    2 Tablespoons fat free Italian dressing
    1/3 Cup light mayonnaise

    Preparing the fish:
    1 Tablespoon oil
    1 lb Tilapia fillets (thaw if frozen)
    2 Tablespoons lemon juice
    1 teaspoon seasoning salt
    Pepper to taste

    6 Whole Wheat Tortillas, warmed

Directions

1. To make the coleslaw, cut up the cabbage, tomato, carrots and pepper.
2. Add the Italain dressing and mayonnaise.
3. Set aside.
4. Pour oil in heated large fry pan.
5. Place fish in pan. Sprinkle with lemon juice and then season with seasoning salt and pepper.
6. Fry fish over medium heat for 5-8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
6. Cut fish into 6 equal pieces.
7. Serve fish with warm whole wheat flour tortillas.
8,. Top with the coleslaw and serve immediately.
