Ingredients

    Chicken Drum Stick ( 1 small drumstick = 73g), 5 servings
    Milk hazelnut original Pacific, 0.25 cup
    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1.5 fl oz
    Dash of salt & pepper on each drumstick
    French's Fried Onion Rings, 4 tbsp

Directions

Mix in bowl milk & egg. In separate bowl crunch up French's French fried onion rings. Wash chicken, pat dry & season with salt & pepper. Dips chicken in milk mixture, then onion ring mixture. Spray baking pan with olive oil, put chicken in & spray top of chicken with olive oil. Bake at 450 degrees for 1 hr or less until done. Turn chicken over once doing cooking time.
