Ingredients

    4- 4oz Tilapia
    2 tsp- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 tsp- Capers chopped
    6- Garlic Cloves crushed
    1-2 cups of grape or cherry Tomatoes
    1 tsp- Parsley fresh or dried
    Salt and Pepper

Directions

Pre heat oven to 400 degrees.
Add 1 tsp of olive oil crushed garlic cloves and tomatoes with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Bake for 8 minutes
Take pan out of oven and add Tilapia.
Add the other tsp of olive oil, parsley and another pinch of salt and pepper over fish.
Bake for another 12-15 mins.
Remove from oven and add capers.
