Ingredients

    11/2 sticks margarine, room temp
    1/2 cup cocoa powder
    11/2 cups GV sweetner
    1 TBSP vanilla
    3 lg eggs , seperated, at room temp
    1/2 cup cold water
    1/2 cup Kahlua ,coffee syrup, sugarfree (from Sams Club)
    1 cup wheat flour
    11/4 cups flour
    3 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp no salt

Directions

preheat oven to 350, line cupcake pan

1. in bowl cream together margarine, cocoa, sweetner, and vanilla 3-5 mins. Add egg yolks, beat 4 mins

2. in small bowl mix together water and Kaklua

3. in bowl mix together flours, baking soda, and no salt

4. Alternating between dry and wet ingredients combine in mixer

5. with clean beater and large bowl, beat egg whites on high speeduntil soft peaks form. With rubber spatula, fold into batter

6. fill liners 3/4 full. Bake for 20-25 mins or until toothpick comes out clean

Serving Size: 30- 35 from Baby Cake Machine (about 2 TBSP batter)
