    2 (8oz) packages Baby bella mushrooms
    2 cups minced imitation crab meat
    1/4 cup fat free cream cheese
    1/4 cup fat free plain yogurt
    1/3 cup Weight watchers reduced fat shredded cheese (mexican style)
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 onion powder


remove stems from mushrooms and pace in baking dish. Drizzle with low sodium soy sauce and balsamic vinegar. Mix all other ingedients together and spoon mixture on top of mushrooms. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
