Ingredients

    dry roasted cashews - rinse and then soak overnight in water
    1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
    1/4 cup safflower oil or other light tasting oil

    blenderize until smooth. enjoy!

Directions

no cooking required
soaking overnight makes it easier to blend and also increases the yield.

Serving Size: makes 2 cups - use 1-2 tablespoons/serving
