Ingredients

    3 cup quartered or chopped apples
    5 cup Granulated Sugar
    1/3 c Olive Oil
    .5 c Applesauce, unsweetened
    1 medium Egg
    1.5 c Whole Wheat Flour
    3 tbsp Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground

Directions

Combine Apples and sugar in mixing bowl, let stand for 10 minutes
Blend dry ingredients
Pour in 8 inch greased cake pan
Bake at 350 F for 35 to 40 minutes
