Ingredients
-
400g package rice noodles (rice stick style)
7 oz imitation crab
6oz cooked white prawns
3oz smoked salmon
1 packet mama sita's Pansit Bihon rice noodle stir-fry mix (I get this at my local filipino grocery - you could sub in any asian stir-fry mix)
4 cups frozen veg
2tbsp minced galic
1 small onion
Directions
sautee garlic and onion in a non stick wok so you dont need any oil. add shrimp, crab and salmon (use any amount of any seafood, this is just what I had left over and needed to use up) and sautee for 3 mins
mix seasoning packet with 4cups water and add to seafood, bring water to a boil. add frozen veg and bring back up to a boil, and add rice noodles. turn temp down and cover, let simmer for a few mins until rice noodles are cooked (they only take 3-5mins)
