Ingredients

    *Sausage-Italian Turkey -Honeysuckle White, 2 lbs
    *SunWest Organic Harvest Medley (brown rice, wild rice, sweet brown rice, red rice), .5 cup
    *Bush's Reduced Sodium Dark Red Kidney Beans, 1 can
    *Black beans low sodium Bush's, 1 can
    *Bush's Reduced Sodium Pinto Beans, 1 can
    *Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes w/Garlic - Hunt's 2 cans
    *Trader Joe's Vegetable Broth-low sodium, 2 cups
    *PictSweet Seasoned California Vegetables, 1 bag
    *Chili Powder, whatever you like
    *Sriracha, whatever you like
    *Any other spices

Directions

Brown the turkey. Throw it all in the crockpot for a few hours on high or 6+ hours on low. May need more liquid. Spice with whatever sounds good. I use chili powder and Sriracha.
