    1/4 cup light butter
    1 cup Splenda baking blend
    1 1/2 cups flour
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1 cup Peanut Butter
    1/8 tsp salt


Mix all ingredients, Drop on cookie sheet by teaspoonful, then mash with fork tines....cook on 350f for 6-8 minutes.
