Ingredients

    Hash Browns, 16oz.
    Skim Milk, 1 cup
    Butter, 1/4 cup
    Onion flakes, 1 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Black pepper, 1 tsp
    Garlic Powder 1 tsp

Directions

Warm milk and butter in mircorwave until butter is melted. Add in spices. Place Hash Brown in a large bowl and pur the warmed milk/butter micture over the potatoes. Mix well. Place hash browns in a 9 x 13 pyrex dish. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
