Super simple and the kids love it. Super simple and the kids love it.
Number of Servings: 6


    3 cups cooked white rice
    1 can seasoned black beans
    1 cup frozen corn


Cook rice according to instructions. Stir in beans and corn. Heat, stirring occasionally to keep rice from sticking. I sometimes add cajun seasoning for an extra kick.

Serving Size: Makes 6 1 cup servings.
