    Trader Joe's Sweet Apple Chicken Sausage (or other chicken sausage, this one has 120 calories)
    1 egg (medium)
    Egg Substitute 1/2 cup
    green pepper 1/2 cup chopped up
    mushrooms 3 fresh chopped
    asiago cheese 1 tablespoons

Directions

Crack egg and add egg beaters.
Chop up veggies and sausage and add to mix
Add cheese
scramble away
