4 oz cheese (sliced or shredded)

Directions

Mix Bisquick and milk to form dough; split into 8 sections. Roll each section thin, to about the length of the hot dog. Wrap each hot dog in the dough with 1/2 ounce cheese. Very Good
We use a lot of Gluten Free recipes due to my daughter's Celiac Disease. We adapted this by simply using Bisquick's GF mix. It turned out pretty darn good! They were a little tougher than normal mix would be...but sometimes that happens with GF cooking! Most importantly - my daughter loved them! - 10/4/12
