Ingredients

    1 pkg plain frozen Hash Brown potatoes
    1 pkg plain (unsauced) peas
    1 bottle Alfredo sauce
    2 med or 3 small frozen skinless boneless chicken breasts, slightly thawed and diced into approx 1 1/2" dice

Directions

Layer potatoes, peas and chicken in greased 9"x13" baking dish, ending with potatoes. Thin alfredo to pouring consistency by adding 1/2 to 1 cup water and pour as evenly a possible over layers in baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 1-1/2 hrs until potatoes are soft, chicken pieces are opaque white (no visible pink areas) and top is browned.
