1 serving frozen grilled vegetables (Wegman's brand), cooked according to package directions
1 cup cooked and warm quinoa
1.25 cups frozen unsweetened raspberries, thawed
1 Tbls chipotle in adobo sauce
Directions
Add raspberries and chipotle together in a food processor or blender. Puree until smooth.
Cook quinoa and vegetables according to package directions.
Cut vegetables into bite sized pieces. Combine with 1 cup quinoa. Spoon desired amount of chipotle raspberry sauce over vegetables and quinoa.
