Ingredients

    1 cup cooked garbanzo beans, undrained
    3/4 cup water
    1 egg
    1/4 cup canola oil
    3/4 cup applesauce
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 cup flour
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    0.5 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
    1/4 teaspoon cloves
    You may add raisins, craisins, or nuts if you wish.

Directions

Puree garbanzo beans with water, egg and canola oil. Mix applesauce in. Combine all dry ingredients in a sifter and then mix in with the bean mixture. Place in medium muffin tins with liners and bake at 400 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
