    3 cups of water
    1-1/2 cups of oatmeal
    1/2 cup of pumkin
    1tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp nutmeg


Make oatmeal as directed on box, then add in the pumpkin and cinnamon and nutmeg. and cook until done or to your likeness. makes 2 healthy servings. add, nuts or raisins. Very satifsfing and stays with you! yummo!!!!!!!!!

    I added 1/8 t cloves. The serving size is too large for me. This recipe is enough for 4 servings for me. Was definately a keeper! - 11/11/07
