Ingredients

    2 courgettes
    1 aubergine
    2 cloves of garlic
    1 large onion
    1 x tin of chopped tomatoes
    1 green pepper
    tsp dried basil
    handfull of cherry tomatoes
    back pepper

Directions

chop all the veg into equal chunks, mix all the ingredients and chuck into the slow cooker.

low for about 8 hrs
