may add vanilla and fruit..yumm may add vanilla and fruit..yumm

Ingredients

    3.5 cups 2% milk
    .5 cup powdered milk
    3 tbsp fresh cultured yogurt

Directions

combine milk and powdered milk in double boiler. Heat to 200 degrees and hold for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and cool to 110 degrees. Add cultured yogurt. Place into Yogurt maker and hold at 100 degrees for 7 hours.
