A tasty citrus and garlic flavored tilapia that is low fat, low cal and so easy to make. Really pretty to serve for a party or quiet evening at home. Ingredients

1 Piece of Tilapia, approx. 4 oz.
1 Clove of Garlic, Chopped or Sliced thin
1/2 Lemon, Slice 2 Lemon Rounds before Juicing
Ms. Dash Original or Lemon Pepper Seasoning
Garlic Salt (I like the California Style Course w/ Parsley)
Ground Black Pepper

Directions
Preheat oven to 375.
Spray a Corningware dish w/ cooking spray. Chop or thinly slice garlic clove. Before juicing 1/2 Lemon, slice 2 thin lemon rounds; then juice the remainder. Lay 1 lemon round in center of baking dish and sprinkle a few pieces of garlic around it. Top w/ fish. Pour lemon juice over fish and cover w/ remaining garlic. Then, sprinkle lightly w/ Ms. Dash, Garlic Salt and Black Pepper. Top w/ remaining lemon round. Cover dish w/ lid and bake for approx. 20 min., until fish is tender and flakes w/ a fork.
*To make even more rich and a bit of a pan sauce...drizzle fish w/ a little olive oil top w/ lemon, garlic and seasonings and bake.(Not included in nutritional totals)
