    1 lb ground turkey
    1 tsp dale's reduced sodium steak seasoning (if you can't find this outside of alabama try looking at wal-mart for a brand called moore's)
    1 tsp kitchen bouquet browning and seasoning sauce
    1 tsp colgin natural hickory liquid smoke
    1 tsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sacue
    2 tsp minced garlic
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    Pam, cooking spray

    Mushroom Gravy

    1/4 c sliced mushrooms
    1/4 c onion, chopped
    2 tbsp flour
    1 c beef broth
    salt and pepper to taste


mix all ingredients (except gravy ingredients) and divide into 6 even sized patties. cook patties in cooking spray on medium heat until done. remove and set aside.

In same pan sautee mushrooms and onions until almost done, add flour stiring constantly, allow to cook 1-2 mins then slow stir in broth. contiue stirring until sauce is thickened.
