Ingredients

    Brown Rice, long grain, 1.4 cup
    Lentils, 1 cup
    Carrots, raw, .33 cup, chopped
    Shallots, 3 tbsp chopped
    Raisins, .25 cup (not packed)
    Red Wine Vinergar - 2 teaspoons

Directions

1. Cook rice as directed
2. Cook lentils as directed
3. Chop carrots and shallots finely
4. Mix rice, lentils, carrot, shallot, raisin, and vinegar and hear for a few minutes (carrots still need to be crunchy)
5. Tastes much better reheted the next day as onions arent so overpoweing and raisins have cooked longer
