    7 c. chopped cabbage
    .5 c. sunflower seeds
    5 c. sliced almonds
    .5 c. chow mein noodles
    1 pkge ramen noodles
    1 t. sugar
    seasoning mix from ramen noodles
    .5 c. canola oil
    .25 c. soy sauce
    3 T. vinegar
    1 T. lemon juice

Directions

Mix first 5 ingredients. mix dressing ingredients and pour over
all.
