Ingredients

    1 lb frozen chicken breast
    1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
    1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
    Cooking spray

Directions

Defrost chicken. Pound chicken with meat tenderizer or rolling pin between two sheets of wax paper until about 1/4 inch thick. Cut into desired size pieces. Spray with cooking spray. Combine bread crumbs and parmesan cheese in bowl. Roll chicken pieces in mixture. Place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Once all chicken is on baking sheet, spray tops of chicken with cooking spray. Bake 20-25 min at 400.
