Ingredients

    3 cans Rotel Original
    1 14.5 oz can of regular diced tomato
    1 can of tomato paste
    1.5 lb of 93% lean ground turkey
    1 lb turkey italian sausage
    1 can on black beans (drained)
    1 can of kidney beans (drained)
    1 pkg steamfresh corn
    1 can of mushrooms (optional)
    1 green pepper finely chopped
    1 large onion finely chopped
    1 Tbsp minced garlic
    2 Tbsp Taco Seasoning
    2 Tbsp Spicy Spaghetti Seasoning
    1 Tbsp chili powder
    1 Tbsp cumin

Directions

Brown turkey on stovetop. Drain fat and combine all ingredients except the corn in a crock pot.

Put crock pot on low for 8 hours. 30 minutes before it is done add thawed corn.

Makes 10 bowls of chili.
